Luton Town are set to sign goalkeeper Josh Keeley from Tottenham Hotspur on a permanent deal.

The 22-year-old Irish stopper is expected to become the new number one at Kenilworth Road following Thomas Kaminski’s departure to Charlton Athletic earlier in the window. An agreement in principle has already been reached between the two clubs, with further discussions ongoing.

Keeley impressed on loan at Leyton Orient last season, keeping 16 clean sheets in 45 appearances and even scoring a dramatic injury-time winner in the FA Cup against Oldham. His standout campaign helped Orient reach the League One play-offs and established him as one of the EFL’s most promising young goalkeepers.

Luton will rpay a fee for Keeley, who signed a new Spurs contract last summer running until 2027. He previously spent time at Barnet and came through the St. Patrick’s Athletic academy in Ireland.

With James Shea and Jack Walton also in the ranks, Keeley is still widely expected to claim the No. 1 shirt as Matt Bloomfield rebuilds for a promotion push from League One.
